If the customer number pulls through it would be easier to see who the customer is if that client is part of a group.

Is this request about Tasks in the mobile app or in the Skynamo web interface? Or perhaps both?
At the moment, when a Task in Skynamo is created, a customer can be specified in the Task, and that customer's name will appear in the Task when it is opened. Are you asking for the customer code to appear in the Task as well?
You also mention that you need to see whether a customer is part of a group. Is this something that is indicated by your customer codes? (We find that different people use Skynamo differently, and this might not be the case for all Skynamo users).
Could you tell us more about your customer groups and why it is important for you to know which group a customer belongs to, especially when speaking about Tasks? For example, do you often have to perform the same Task at all customers in a group?
